Athletic Adaptogen – The Benchmark Adaptogen for Sports

Athletic Adaptogen is formulated to contribute to better performance by optimizing dynamic hormonal responses and energy metabolism and by reducing fatigue – and to do so without any increase in oxygen consumption or heat generation. Particular attention has been paid to its anabolic and anti-catabolic hormone-modulating properties. Its effects accumulate over time and are more pronounced when tired, stressed or under heavy load.

Athletic Adaptogen is based on a combination of adaptogens – a class of botanicals with the ability to increase stress resilience on a cellular level by modulating the way organs react to stress. The effects of Athletic Adaptogen supplementation start on average 4-7 days from the start and strengthen up to 21 days, and after peaking slowly start to abate towards baseline over six months. A break in use will restore its peak efficacy.

Athletic Adaptogen is best used cyclically, with breaks in use to maintain its long-term efficacy and to time its peak efficacy. The recommended standard cycle is 28 days: 21 days of use followed by a 7-day break.
